Canterbury Sequencing and Genotyping (formerly known as Canterbury Sequencing) was founded in 2004 and is part of the School of Biological Science at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Using an Applied Biosystems 3130xl Genetic Analyser, we offer a range of high quality sequencing and genotyping services including Sanger sequencing, microsatellite genotyping, and AFLP genotyping.
