Equipment Summary
75 mm diameter horizontal tube furnace with controlled atmosphere capable of temperatures from room temperature to 1400 K. Current purge gases are air, N2, and Ar. This unit is equipped with a caustic scrubber. User may need to supply their own protective tube and kiln furniture.
