Centre for Computable and Constructive Mathematics (CCCM)

Research Group Summary

This Centre draws together the Department's expertise in computable mathematics - in particular, interval analysis - and constructive analysis, topology, and set theory. It has strong links with research groups in several overseas countries (Japan, Sweden, Germany, Italy, U.K., ...). As one of the nodes of two major EU Marie Curie IRSES grants, it receives several international visitors, and sends its own members abroad on reciprocal visits, each year. The current EU IRSES project, CORCON, lasts from 2014 through 2017.
