Project Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine what factors of organisational culture contribute to successful health and safety outcomes. The particular area under examination is  New Zealand manufacturing and engineering firms.

The research involves surveys and interviews of people in industry employees, with subsequent qualitative statistical analysis to identify critical success factors. We are seeking partnering manufacturing firms to host our Researcher for one week to conduct the study. Please contact the Principal Investigator for details.
