Project Abstract

This project addresses multilingual word sense disambiguation problems that are primarily applicable to machine translation and information retrieval. Our ideal solution focuses on utilising collaboratively developed knowledge-based resources, specifically semantic graphs, large multilingual corpora, and new resources we deduce on our own accord. The project is funded by the Korean Foundation, in which the universal scope this research welds will be beneficial to the Korean language among several other mechanically diverse languages.
