Project Abstract

This project has explored the perceptions of 12 final year primary teacher education students of their preparedness to be classroom assessors. This was followed by two case studies of schools employing beginning teachers to record the socialisation practices within schools to support teachers in their assessment roles.

This project was funded by NZCER through its purchase agreement with the Ministry of Education.
