Project Abstract

Recent events in the Canterbury region have caused serious disruptions for firms operating in the Christchurch CBD. Service providers are often faced with loss of stock, damage to their premises and affected staff which disrupts their business sustainability. There is limited research available on post-disaster marketing efforts. This project aims to close this gap in research.
