Project Abstract
This project aims to develop novel mathematical models of population pedigree processes that can provide a unifying framework for behavioural ecology and evolutionary genetics. Field data on behaviour and multi-generational pedigrees from Dr. Melanie Massaro (Charles Sturt University, Australia) on the Chatham Island Black Robins is guiding the theory developed by Dr. Raaz Sainudiin (University of Canterbury, New Zealand) and Dr. Amandine Veber (Ecole Polytechnique, France).
