Project Abstract
Infer patterns of 'near-misses' (I prefer the term 'near-accidents') from the health and safety incident reports for a company. These are written reports, and often there are trends especially organisational cultural elements, that pervade the incidents but which are hard to detect when examining a single incident report.
Qualitative research methods are intended to be used in this project.
