Project Abstract
Digitalization or digital transformation is shaping the contemporary enterprises ranging from multi-national corporations to small enterprises. With the adoption and implementation of digital technologies, organizations expect to achieve both process innovation (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvement) and outcome innovation (e.g., product innovation or business innovation). The current COVID-19 pandemic further accelerates the adoption of digital technologies which leads to the new wave of digital transformation across the world.
