Project Abstract

The purpose of this exploratory research project was to identify the emotions experienced by a small sample of tertiary teachers (n=16) across four tertiary institutions (public and private). Methods included a diary study, semi structured interviews and  and a series of psychometric meeasures administered on line, obtaining estimates only due to sample size. Data were obtained on their emotions experienced, their emotion and their regulation strategies. Future research directions are suggested.
