Researcher Summary

My interests lie in linking diverse technologies and concepts in better ways to make impactful changes for people and the planet.  These range from incremental savings of energy through to wide-scale social and economic impacts through improved resilience.
I am a strong proponent of cross-discipline research and greatly enjoy finding new ways of solving problems by linking seemingly disparate disciplines and systems to achieve outcomes that have real-world impacts.

Subject Area: Disciplines

  • Engineering and Technology: Earthquake Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Instrumentation & Control; Power Systems & Power Electronics; Signal and Image Processing
