Researcher Summary

My research focuses on equality for Māori and Indigenous Peoples. This includes an interest in deconstructing the notion of 'one law for all'. I am also interested in exploring Māori and Indigenous rights to natural resources, in particular the foreshore and seabed, and comparative Indigenous experiences with the law.
