Researcher Summary

My research interests involve the design and analysis of lightweight structures, such as topology optimised parts and multifunctional lattice structures. While much of my work focusses on developing state-of-the-art simulation and optimisation tools, I also have a strong background in design, manufacture and experimental testing of structures. I am particularly interested the design freedoms enabled by carbon fibre composites and 3D printing.
