Researcher Summary

My research focuses on understanding the mechanisms that underlie visual selective attention and memory, cognitive control, and biases in judgment and decision making. Current research projects in my lab include the effects of spatial attention and color on visual selection, working memory guidance of attention, feature-based attention on object recognition, lay perceptions of accountability and blame, and framing effects in performance appraisal and perceived wealth.
